Hi I'm Nicki, an illustrator known for my cute, playful, and colourful work that aims to capture the tender moments of childhood. Using Procreate and traditional textures, I bring to life engaging and relatable children, believing in the importance of representation in art and storytelling. Beyond illustration, I find joy in pottery, fascinated by the kiln's transformative process that yields uniquely beautiful creations.

In addition to my illustration prowess, I pride myself on being approachable and receptive to feedback, ensuring that my work resonates with audiences. With a knack for drawing endearing characters and crafting compelling narratives, I seamlessly blend bright color palettes with captivating compositions. As a graphic designer and calligrapher, I infuse projects with strong design sensibilities and artistic flair, meticulously planning and refining each piece.

Inspiration strikes me through my daily interactions with my children, whose perspectives and feedback shape my creative journey. Balancing family life with artistic pursuits, I cherish lazy mornings with loved ones, strolls by the river, and shared meals with friends. With two adorable children and two guinea pigs adding warmth to my life, I continue to weave stories that celebrate the magic of childhood and the beauty of everyday moments
